Will there be any delays regarding the delivery date of Carabiner M?
The delivery date is only for reference, so we recommend that you submit your artwork or data earlier in advance of the desired delivery date. Customs delays: We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to customs, weather problems, or disputes when importing from overseas, as these are outside our jurisdiction. Is there any chance that my order of Carabiner M will not be accepted?

Can I change or cancel my order for Carabiner M?
Cancellation after confirmation of the final production data will incur a cancellation fee. Once mass production has been confirmed, cancellation is not possible. In the event of cancellation, the full amount of the product will be charged.
If the ordered Carabiner M delivered is defective, can it be replaced or returned?
