Can I change or cancel my order for stick balloon?
Cancellation after confirmation of the final production data will incur a cancellation fee. Once mass production has been confirmed, cancellation is not possible. In the event of cancellation, the full amount of the product will be charged.
If the ordered stick balloon delivered is defective, can it be replaced or returned?
Any defects in the delivered goods must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery. If we are found to be at fault, we will remake the product.
